: (1) Production, distribution and propagation of any advertising materials that adversely affect human health, including alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco and tobacco products.
(2) Production, distribution and dissemination of advertisement with false or misleading information that attracts towards any material and service affecting mental and physical health shall not be allowed.
